What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. The coordinated movements also enhance mental and physical awareness and can help prevent injuries.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, I knew that my recovery using Pilates was going to change my career path. I reloacted to Toronto, Canada to train at the STOTT Pilates corparate headquarters. After a year of study abraod I returned home certified as a STOTT Pilates Insructor, Injures and Special Populations, Athletic Conditioning, Barre, and Fascial Fitness Movement. In addition I am a ACE Personal Trainer, TRX Suspension Instructor and a Cancer Exercise Specialist with CETI.

Single Private session: $75
10 Private sessions: $650
20 Private sessions: $1,200
Semi-private
Single Semi-private session: $45* (per person)
10 Semi-private sessions: $400* (per person)
20 Semi-private sessions: $700* (per person)
* If a semi-private session is scheduled and only one participant shows,
they will be charged the difference for a private session.
10 session packages expire in 3 months
20 session packages expire in 6 months
